Since 2015, Paragon Compliance Group has been a division of Jefferson Cook Associates, Ltd., a boutique consulting firm focused on the need for expert quantitative analysis across the financial sector. PCG’s clients include banks, brokerages, and software providers to the financial industry.

Paragon Compliance Group began in 1998 as a partnership of three companies owned by Lucy Griffin, the late Phil Gay and Mollie Sudhoff. With Lucy’s retirement at the end of 2014 and Mollie’s new position in early 2015, Steve Sudhoff and Phil carried on the work of PCG serving the needs of all types of financial firms.

Paragon Compliance Group continues today as the division of Jefferson Cook Associates responsible for collaborative projects in regulatory compliance.
